About INDICIVM Clinical

INDICIVM Clinical is a private study and practice workspace for healthcare students in clinical training. It brings the everyday tasks of a clinical rotation into one calm, organized place so you can spend less time juggling spreadsheets and more time learning from every patient encounter you see.

Inside the app you can log de-identified encounters, build structured SOAP notes in Encounter Studio, track clinical hours and shifts, record skills and competencies, and share an evaluation link with your preceptor. Practice tools include a mock electronic health record, a simulated e-prescribing module, an ICD-10-CM diagnosis code search, medication and lab reference tools, and an exam prep bank with multiple-choice quizzes and flashcards.

The app is built for medical assistant, registered nurse, nurse practitioner, and other health care provider students who want a structured way to reflect on their clinical reasoning. Each track has its own checklists, references, and hour goals, so the workspace fits the program you are in.

INDICIVM Clinical is designed and maintained by the INDICIVM team, a small group focused on practical education tools for clinical learners. Your notebook is private to you, and we ask that you enter de-identified information only, with no patient names, dates of birth, or record numbers.
